Another short but excellent publication that may be used in a Bible study or group discussion is 'A Small Catechism on Human Life' by John Pless. This book examines various bioethical and life issues – abortion, end of life issues etc – through the lens of Luther's Small Catechism. Each chapter concludes with thoughtful discussion questions and key Bible references.
